Figure Painting

This is one of like three paintings and one drawing I did in the three hour session. The other two paintings did not turn out, the drawing was cool but I have no time to post it. I painting this one first, and then continued to paint the other two from the same vantage point and should have moved to the other side of the room. Anyway my plan for the night was to be loose and work with more expression.

Well, more real bad photos of my oil paintings. I need to really work this out, because my paintings are looking real nice and you can not get that same feel from these crappy photos.
The first painting is pretty close but has a dull haze to the whole thing. Then the second painting is not so dark in the shadow areas. I could try to mess with this kind of stuff in Photoshop but
things tend to really start to change when I do that. I still have not tried getting a new camera.

YouTube Sketcher

I started a new blog were I will post sketch videos that I created at home. Just small 5-10 minute
